“Overall, our stay was fine and comfortable. However, the linens, towels, and bed sheets could be improved and should be cleaned through a more professional laundry service to ensure better hygiene and freshness. We also experienced a power failure of around two hours at the time of check-in, which was inconvenient and affected the initial experience. Apart from these issues, the overall stay was satisfactory.”
