Our newly refurbished one bed flat provides comfortable accommodation for up to 4 in a great location. With funky decor and a large roof terrace it's a hidden gem just moments away from the bright lights of Brixton one way and Clapham the other. Welcome to our London home! We are excited to open it up to guests while we are away travelling. The flat has been completely refurbished and we've added lots of lovely new pieces of art as well as some personal items that we have collected over the years during our travels. The large open plan living space is bright and sunny. There's TV and WiFi, and my chromebox that you're welcome to use. There's plenty of space to lounge, eat, work and even sleep on the super comfortable brand new sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook, all the essential utensils and some basic ingredients to get you started. The table seats 4 for meals. The bedroom has a double bed made up in super soft linens for a peaceful night's sleep. There's plenty of space to hang and store your belongings, most of our personal things have been packed away. The bathroom has a bath with shower and is stocked with soft fluffy towels and toiletries for your convenience. Finally, one of the best features is the amazing roof terrace! Overlooking the lovely London roof tops our terrace provides rare outside space, in the summer enjoy a BBQ with friends and in the winter perhaps just a breath of fresh air with your morning coffee to wake you up :) The whole flat is yours to enjoy! Our friends at Hostmaker are looking after the flat while we're away. They're an Airbnb management service team of Londoners who are Airbnb hosts themselves. We trust them to give you a warm welcome! The flat is on a quiet residential street but is very close to all the ammenities of Brixton in one direction and Clapham in the other. Brixton is multicultural, upcoming, fun, hipster and very artistic. Brixton market is one of the best food markets in the city and home to dozens of food outlets and restaurants. You can try Chinese at Mama Lan's or pizza at Franco Manca (sourdough pizza at its best). Delicious Thai food at KaoSarn, amazing burgers at Honest Burgers or fabulous curry at Elephants! There are also plenty of shops, banks and everything you need on the high street. Nearby Clapham also offers plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants and nightlife. Brixton underground station is a 10-11 minute walk away and takes you straight to Oxford Circus in less than 15mins on the Victoria Line. Clapham North is less than 10 minutes walk and is on the Northern Line providing direct links Waterloo, London Bridge and Kings Cross. There are also several bus routes close by. The flat is on the 2nd floor, there is no lift. Also - I have listed the house for sale, so they may be viewings but I will give you notice.
